"You'll Never Believe It...

but the xrays look better!" This was the statement from our vet this morning after Mia's most recent set of films. The spot on her toe hasn't progressed like we expected if it is cancerous, so he's suspecting this is from an injury and sent us home with three more weeks of pain pills and antibiotics. What a relief! We may still end up doing an amputation if we can't get her pain under control, but today, we're celebrating!!!

In other news, Meredith sat on the potty and actually peed! She has started to really get into potty training (could it be because she gets treats when she's successful?). We're still having more misses than hits, but we're heading in the right direction. We had dinner at Mimi and Papa's last night and she announced at the table, "No one talk. Ok everybody, I sing the ABCs for you!" She loves an audience!

Jack has been a bouncing man! Every chance he gets, he bounces and dances. He's been standing against our ottoman and playing with toys and especially likes to be up when Meredith is on the other side playing peek-a-boo with him. If something is within his reach, it goes in his mouth. His 9 month appointment (and shots) with the pediatrician is on Friday.
